Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week, I committed to my eating plan despite a busy week with a Banquet and eating out for dinner. I let myself be flexible this weekend and enjoy date night without over indulging.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Rode my bike and one piyo exercise for the week, salad instead of lasagna, no pasta with spaghetti sauce, packed up all my too big clothes
