This victory is all about the scale. When I started this I wasn’t even thinking of doing keto. I had a few friends who lost a lot of weight in a little bit of time and I started looking into it. After signing up I decided to start keto. I’ve been on this for three full days and I have lost 18.8 pounds. I still am in shock about this. Batteries are brand new in my scale. I’ve never had a weight loss like this! I definitely can tell looking at my face and stomach.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My challenge has been keto rash versus possible allergies. I’ve had a horrible rash ever since the first night and have been clawing my skin. Antiistamines seem to have helped so I’m going to try eliminating eggs from my diet since I have been eating a lot of them on this way of eating. I hate to think that I would have to get rid of eggs all the time since it is what has made me lose this much weight, but If getting rid of them fixes the rash and then I will have to figure it out.
