Non-scale victory of the week!

My weigh last week was at the end of the day and so disappointed, Checked in the sale today at same time and happy. Water is getting easier, exercise not as easy - its all about time and with all I have going on sparing 25 minutes on the thread mill is not happening like I would like.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise for sure.
