Non-scale victory of the week!

I did it!!! I did it!!! I exceeded my goal!!!! There were so many people this week who noticed that I was losing weight. It was the BEST FEELING!!! Ever!!! And it was a variety of people in my life. They even pulled pictures out we took and compared my face to my face now. I’m so happy!!!!

I could do more exercising of course!!! Ugh. It will come!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Didn’t snack late night.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Add more exercise. I think I am approaching THAT time of the month and felt awful for the last 2 days. Cranky, sluggish, and just not feeling right.

My goal is get more physical activity in my days. With school starting, it will help in that area. The structure of the day with going back to work will allow my eating to be more structured. I will make sure my portions when I eat are cut down. I will COOK more too.

That I will be healthier, more energy to lead an active lifestyle with my daughter and to teach her a healthier way to live.
