Wearing FitBit and trying to increase steps. Still eating much healthier at breakfast and lunch and less at dinner.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate healthier lunches. Have made healthy breakfast options (breakfast cookies) for on the go breakfasts. Drank a little more water but still need to drink more.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not snacking so much before and while making dinner. Using treadmill at least once a week!
