I had my gall bladder removed. Which is motivation to eat better every day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a lot of moving this week. I was surprised I made progress. And very happy! Good job me!!!

even while in vegas I would like to make sure I'm not over eating or eating lots of crap. When I get home I want to stick with my shakes and getting to the club 5 times a week.
