What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I've struggled with emotional eating ever since I was a small child. It's been my life long coping mechanism that needs to end.

My goals are to start sleeping much earlier and wake up earlier to start incorporating the gym into my morning before work. Also to start eating more whole foods and less convenient foods.
