What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I have lost almost 30 pounds but still have 70 to go- that’s a pretty intimidating number and sometimes seems insurmountable even though I’ve done it once before. Also, the realization that I lost 75 pounds once but still gained it back along with some extra- that’s a pretty discouraging thought.
