I thought my resisting all the sugary foods this weekend would be rewarded in losing the period weight but I was wrong so is it even a victory?
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I waited to weigh in because I had a lot of period weight I put on literally the day after final weighin last month and I wanted to lose it again. I stuck to my diet the entire time, through super bowl and a galentine’s day party, and I still not only couldn’t lose the weight but I’m out of ketosis and I don’t know what I did wrong. It was HARD to stay away from candy and trifles and pie but I did and still got punished just the same.
