Stay away from carbs and move more. I received a tattoo to begin my year and it sums up my will to live: "Fate whispered in my ear, "You are not strong enough to withstand the storm." Today I whispered back, "I am the storm." I will do whatever I need to to keep this heart as long as I can. Let's do this.
