I stuck to the plan all week and felt better mentally for it. I am also feeling better in the gym, able to do some interval training again with walking.

Beginning of a new month. I will start to weight train again. Need to tighten up my arms and need to get back to doing some planks

Stuck with low carb really well after messing around the past couple of weeks. Did super on step bets too and got in 1.5hrs of workout almost every day

Not stress over making a certain weight, which I knew was going to be unrealistic.

I didn't panic when I was sick and couldn't work out for the entire week leading up to weigh-in!

Nothing. I was just trying to get through the week being sick.

I found a bag of all my shorts from 5+ years ago and while they don't quite fit yet, they will in the next few weeks. Very excited!

Not get sick! I haven't been able to workout in the last 2 days and I overate on top of that! Comfort food...

I did not obsess about the scale and enjoyed my vacation. I ate too much but I was able to relose the weight within a few days
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I should not have had as many soft drinks and drank more water on vacation. I think I would have felt better physically and emotionally in terms of weight loss

Met my workout goal of 3.5 for longer and I went away for a couple of days, primarily keeping on target.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I overdid it and ended up with inflamed shoulder prompting the need for high doses of advil, causing water retention just before weigh in. Arghhh
