What are your goals for the upcoming week?
With my broken foot, I can not weight bearing for 4 more weeks. I’ll stay away from empty calories like alcohol and stick with the macro diet which requires plenty of protein which in return makes me have to pee a ton. Also this week I used the infrared sauna often, a good sweat to cleanse!
