Non-scale victory of the week!
I've been very demotivated, despite eating healthy and exercising regularly I kept seeing the weight go up. Fluctuations, from 232 to 235....I couldn't understand as my calorie intake was now 1500 cals, well below my recommended 1700 for weight loss. I was exercising on average 400 to 500 calories four times a week. And being more active in my life too, just walking more, taking stairs and all that. Nothing was budging. Then on the weekend I went out with a friend and we drank and ate very badly as I was just totally demotivated. Guess what? My body needed that, next morning my weight was down significantly to 231.8. Finally a budge in the right direction. My only fear, tomorrow it will fluctuate back to 235. But I gota watch the salt drink lots of water and keep my diet lean. Now that a cheat weekend is over, gota keep going. I'm motivated again with ten days to go! Wish me luck.
