Even though I was sick, I managed to stay on track, get my work done on time and feel good about how I handled taking care of myself!

Getting ahead of the game!! My eating is great and I am feeling better all around. I am actually starting to see the results of my work and it feels really good :)

I need to get more sleep and do it more regularly.

I was really happy with myself for getting my homework done AND not eating any candy / cookies / junky food all week!

I feel like I could have done a better job moving more this week. I may need to start getting more serious about moving my body
