Non-scale victory of the week!
Willpower in the office is definitely my weakness. Over the weekend I do well, but as the week progresses, I'm snacking and eating fast food. Also, our gym habits are so messed up with rediculous rules we cannot follow.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I'm trying to bring food from home. We joined a new gym that opens in December that assures us they will be open as needed.
