Non-scale victory of the week!
I worked out every day for this week. Whether it was yoga or spinning or both. Also did not cheat or drink wine for the past two weeks.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Honestly nothing. I was so on point with my meal prepping, no drinking and working out. I’m so proud with myself and hope to capitalize on my momentive.
