What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Currently trying to bounce back from a Nov. relapse (Multiple Sclerosis). Physical activity/strength is at my lowest. Really needing to push myself to build up some endurance again!!

Eat more balanced/energizing food. Huge goal would be walking my dog for at least 15min, 3/4x’s this week. Sustaining energy by end of week so I’m not wanting/feeling need for a nap.
