I’ve been successful at sticking to my plan for whatever I decided that day. My cheat meal this weekend was only the meal. Did not drink my calories. I am feeling good so far
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
This week I was happy with my performance. I will just keep going. If I HAD to improve something, it would be to have even more water.
