Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been successful at sticking to my plan for whatever I decided that day. My cheat meal this weekend was only the meal. Did not drink my calories. I am feeling good so far

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week I was happy with my performance. I will just keep going. If I HAD to improve something, it would be to have even more water.

My goal is to double my cardio efforts daily until we end this dietbet. I’m working hard daily but the scale movements do not reflect this, so I will push harder.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I was proud of my water intake. I did average of 70 oz daily. This area is still my biggest struggle.
