Non-scale victory of the week!
I’ve been working out regularly, can see a difference in my muscle tone, starting to add more weight to strength training. Eating well. Focusing on quality of sleep.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Ate a few things that really weren’t part of my plan - cake at work, wine with family, and made pancakes.
