Non-scale victory of the week!
I did the Youth scavenger hunt & managed to jog most of it... 4.2km in 1 hour. So slower than last year, but my first run in MONTHS.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Stop overeating!! I should have chosen healthy food in healthy quantities. I stopped weighing myself, & stopped counting calories. And stopped browing /r/loseit.
