I've been doing lots of meal prep for work. I think I'm still not eating enough throughout the day tho.

I don't eat enough. I'm always so busy as a working mom. I've been putting myself last for too long.

Eating more protein in the mornings. Get up and walk for lunch i.stead of eating out. Cardio workout at 6am. Monday through Friday.
