Running- ignoring when my couch to 5k app told me to walk again, and running much further than I thought possible. And not getting the hip pain for days afterwards. My IT band still needs less weight on it but that is in progress.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eating- many blowout days where I let myself snack on Martin's sugar pile without holding back. So much extra sugar.
