Non-scale victory of the week!

My fit it was on the fritz but I kept going and no doubt harder Today proved it was worth it when I beat my challenge :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Felt more positive about the changes I'm making and not worrying about final weigh in numbers.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a lot better in eating. Well actually I started a diet plan is agent and stuck to it except for yesterday where I had two full meals and no breakfast.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Time for me to add more exercising definitely as my weight check didnt show much for loss at all. Sad but not defeated.
