Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel like there have been so many this week. In been great with my diet, drinking a boat load of water (which I never would before), and today I am going to wear a shirt that that I haven't fit in since 2013!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less gelato, eventhough though I did lose 3.8 pounds.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week is going to be tough most me. I have a procedure today that's going to make me a bit sore for a bit, but I just want to do my best. No hiking, but maybe smaller walks with my dog, more water, less gelato.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I met and exceeded my exercise goal. I also made it to the top of the T2 summit!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I mean, I did amazing. I wonder how much better it would have been if I didn't eat all that gelato?

Non scale victory eh, well, I didn't really have one this week. I was terrible, I'm actually pretty bummed about it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Eat better, exercise, care more about myself.

Ok, I need to get on this. I do the same thing everytime. Dick around in the beginning and then have to bust my ass harder than ever in the end I'm order to win. Maybe I should just work hard all the time and not have to scrambleat the finish.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have this habit of doing really well, then falling off the wagon and doing really poorly. I need to focus and work hard on the now, but remembering the long term goal. I will get there.
