Non-scale victory of the week!
I feel like there have been so many this week. In been great with my diet, drinking a boat load of water (which I never would before), and today I am going to wear a shirt that that I haven't fit in since 2013!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Less gelato, eventhough though I did lose 3.8 pounds.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
This week is going to be tough most me. I have a procedure today that's going to make me a bit sore for a bit, but I just want to do my best. No hiking, but maybe smaller walks with my dog, more water, less gelato.
