Non-scale victory of the week!
I sat in a chair connected with a table and my stomach was about an inch away from the table. In January, my stomach would touch the same table. I've lost 20 pounds since February, but have really started to spiral with old bad habits.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Everything could have been better. I should have slept more hours (I average 4 hrs/night). I should have meal prepped, and drank more water. I also haven't exercised in a month.
