Non-scale victory of the week!

I sat in a chair connected with a table and my stomach was about an inch away from the table. In January, my stomach would touch the same table. I've lost 20 pounds since February, but have really started to spiral with old bad habits.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything could have been better. I should have slept more hours (I average 4 hrs/night). I should have meal prepped, and drank more water. I also haven't exercised in a month.

No binge eating. Meal prep. Preparation is key!

I'm still doing great with water intake. It is all I drink. Still drinking zero calories!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Only went to the gym once, I want to go 4 times per week. Also I keep setting my sleep goals at at least 6 hours, and I'm still only getting 4-5 hours.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted birthday cake, accepted valentine candy from coworkers and then regifted it all, lol! Didn't drink any calories! None!

More exercise. I should have went to the gym more. I only went three times.

I didn't improve my sleeping at all. I want to sleep for a least 6 hours each night. My other goal is to get to the gym 4 times this week.

Sleep for at least 6 hours each night. (I currently sleep for 4 hours.) Drink 7 bottles of water each day. Start my first day at the gym tomorrow and then keep going.
