Worked out and hard everyday this week even though my work schedule had me Slammed!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Have a variety of clean healthy foods available so I don’t fall off the wagon

Have a long way to go! Make sunday a grocery day with healthy options! Still glad I made it, though barely! But good know even with heavy work and busy family I can find time to work out and eat right!

Was home with sick kids for past few days and still stuck to my calorie intake and working out at home!!

Start thinking about new goals and reducing calorie intake by maybe 200 calories less. Continue cardio but incorporate other group cardio and weights too. Continue with Orgain shakes too!
