Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted donuts, twice!!!! Once in my head before I knew if they were there, and second, after I opened the box and said ‘NO’ eight times. A co-worker said I don’t look like I enjoy eating and have a problem.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Slow down on my restaurant meal night! Calculate the SP of an item before I eat it! Plan better for Sabbath!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I only ate out on Tuesday evening with Aunt Beth. I resisted the fast thru’s siren call on the last minute Orthodontist appointment! I walked 5 times this week! And I walked/jogged at the shredder. Mom noticed I am looking smaller.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resisted during the week slightly better - I Oreo binged on Sunday.

No soda all week!

I could have planned for Sabbath better. And I could have walked away from the late day temptations.

I food prepped almost every night this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Prepared better for Sabbath! I ‘cheated’ and ate two high calorie desserts...but I tracked them. So not a total loss.
