I ate less than I usually do, mostly due to working more.

I have not eaten anything after dinner. I used to have snacks all the time at night, but I've cut those out.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying on track and sticking with it even when I feel like I'm not seeing results. Getting my eating under control and working out consistently at the same time
