Non-scale victory of the week!

Almost all of my pants are falling off, my watch band got more loose and my back isn’t hurting as much. Tried doing some exercises I haven’t been able to do in a long time and had minimal pain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Got thrown off my diet and exercise plan during my two week work trip as there was not enough time to work out and it was tough to eat healthy. But I should have gotten back on track with my diet after getting home, which I didn’t.
