Non-scale victory of the week!

Fitting into size 6 jeans!!! Also made it through the 25 minute run without stopping and through a 28 minute run with about a 30 sec stretch break in the middle

Made it through two training runs that required me to run 2 eight minute running stretches and I made it through all of them!!
