Non-scale victory of the week!
Fewer cravings! I was able to stick to the plan and not eat simply because others were eating! Baked an organic veggie omelet to eat every morning of the week. Broccoli tomato onion mushroom in it. Nice combo of protein and veggie and fat. Cooked it in coconut oil.
