Non-scale victory of the week!

Fewer cravings! I was able to stick to the plan and not eat simply because others were eating! Baked an organic veggie omelet to eat every morning of the week. Broccoli tomato onion mushroom in it. Nice combo of protein and veggie and fat. Cooked it in coconut oil.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve had fewer cravings for stuff like ice cream, cake and other sugar.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had period last week. When that happens it’s a total disaster! I can barely move or walk. Needless to say exercise was out of the question. I also lost track of my diet. I just wish I ate less that week.

Reduce calories to 950. Up my game on exercise - plan is daily. Make a menu for each day the night before.
