I did a Keto Egg Fast this week to pull me off of my stall and it’s working GREAT! I’m concentrating on drinking more water (100oz per day) and following the egg fast menu exactly. Today is day 4, so I have 3 more days to go before I ease back into a regular Keto Diet.
