I am still just going to try to stay between 1270-1500 to stay as close to the TDEE for losing 2lbs a week at a healthy pace.

Go back down to the TDEE recommendation of 2270 calories. I felt I was losing weight to fast so I upped my calories to 1500ish and I gained weight

I think I'm very active at work with over 10,000 steps every day and make nutritional choices but the weight just isn't falling off as fast.
