Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I've started meal prepping like a boss. I've never cooked so much for myself and cared so much for myself like I have this week. I've been doing so good at not eating until I'm hungry and sticking to my keto diet as close as possible.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Last night I caved in and had a couple drinks. I've backed off on alcohol A LOT but I feel I should try to do better and quit drinking completely. Baby steps. I also need to exercise more.

I'm going to start exercising daily and no alcohol for the whole entire week. Sticking to my diet is easy, I just struggle with those two things. Hoping to kick butt next week.
