Non-scale victory of the week!

Amazing what a week of buckling down followed by explosive sickness can do lol. I'll take the win though!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

If I wasn't I'll I probably would not have made goal, but I finally started doing all the right things at the beginning of the week. Except wine. I should probably cut back on that.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Salads- good salads with feta- for lunch Basically just more veggies all around.

Portion control, as always, and only did 3 very short workouts so that could be improved as well
