Amazing what a week of buckling down followed by explosive sickness can do lol. I'll take the win though!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
If I wasn't I'll I probably would not have made goal, but I finally started doing all the right things at the beginning of the week. Except wine. I should probably cut back on that.
