Non-scale victory of the week!
Well I have been at the beach since May 10th and I'm so proud for staying on my diet! It's been really a positive trip with my mom and me! We have had a great time with lots of treats without messing up our fitness journey. My victory are not over eating!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have worked out more, but I have been doing some core and leg work when I am on the beach!
