Non-scale victory of the week!

preparing my body, detoxing, distressing, relaxing mind and body, breathing techniques, healthy clean eating and drinking plenty of water, also researching healthy life ideas, making a journal of goals and achievements, and pitfalls.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

staying away from grilled cheese sandwiches, I had two... :/ boo fried foods are the devil, seriously!!!

proper exercise at the gym... yaaaay... start on Monday am, also proper eating clean meals (prepare ahead of time) sleep a full 8 hours, drink plenty of water and get out of house more.
