staying away from grilled cheese sandwiches, I had two... :/ boo fried foods are the devil, seriously!!!

proper exercise at the gym... yaaaay... start on Monday am, also proper eating clean meals (prepare ahead of time) sleep a full 8 hours, drink plenty of water and get out of house more.
