I made better portion control size choices

I could have exercised more. The time change threw me and I let it get the best of me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I chose to add in so many veggies into my diet this week in some really delicious ways. My whole family ate better because of it.

I actually don't think I'd change anything. It was a really good week.
