Non-scale victory of the week!

Eating more variety of veggies (after POW). Trying Opa lower fat/ lower cal dressing vs shiitake olive oil dressing with salads.

Sticking with only eating helalf of exercise calories.

Sticking with eating half my exercise calories, eating lower fat dressing more, keeping fat intake to closer to 30% and focusing on increasing protein to 25% on macros.
