Non-scale victory of the week!
My NSV is that I was able to wear a pair of pants I haven't fit into for a long time comfortably and I looked and felt good in them.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My water drinking was a bit lower than my normal consumption. I will focus more on that next week.

I plan to get back to working out 5 days a week and drinking more water.
