This week I did a lot of food temptation, increased my water intake, and stayed away from most foods I usually would eat.

Get more protein in for sure!

Failed my first dietbet challenge- my daughter was hospitalized so poor food choices and just sitting around didn’t help. I’m ready to get back on track!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been resisting the urge to eat. In the last two weeks I gained 5 lbs, and after resisting to snack all the time and getting in more protein, I managed to lose 8 lbs in 4 days!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! I’m going to keep going!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I don't have any guidance on what to eat, and what kinds of workouts to really do. Not knowing where to start is a challenge!

Start working out 5 days a week at least 30 minutes a day. Start the Keto diet. Weigh in for the first time, and start feeling better about myself and why I am doing this!
