Non-scale victory of the week!
Managed to do two intense workouts yesterday, and only mildly feel it in my knees.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I fell off the wagon this past weekend during my brother’s engagement party, and definitely need to get myself back on track.

Get back to dieting and no added sugar, also keep doing Intermittent Fasting. That worked well when I started it.
