I was able to actually run for the first time in two years!

I could have been better about resisting sweets, but overall I think I had good progress.

After this DietBet journey, my goals are to make self-care a bigger priority. With two small children, it's easy to lose myself but I have felt so good focusing on my own goal these past four weeks.
