Non-scale victory of the week!

Saw someone post about JessicaSmithTV on YouTube, tried one of her videos and LOVED IT! Tried to find the post I saw on Friday or Saturday to give that chica some credit, but was unable to.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

How do you know if you are hitting a plateau? Since my bachelorette party, not only did I gain everything I lost from the last DietBet, but I can’t seem to lose now either. I am absolutely sure it is stress, but I really want to hit my goals, and do it safely.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel stronger! Time to up my weights (safely) and continue the challenge

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Having a specific time to exercise has helped me so much. But I need to be following timed eating, my goal for the week to simplify my menu and hit my meal times.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Waiting for the results. I quit after 2 weeks especially when I can’t see a difference right away.
