Non-scale victory of the week!

I reached out to others when I was struggling and that was the hardest part.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out more and drank more water, but I honestly felt really good about this week.

I’ve discovered that salmon and veggies are an excellent meal! They keep me fuller longer.

Set aside a specific time to go for a nice walk with my dog on the daily. She’d love it and my body would appreciate the exercise.

I fell off track, but I jumped back on. I went to the gym 3 times last week!

Prepared for instances where food on my particular diet might not be readily on hand.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My addiction to sugar and emotional eating get in the way all the time. But I have a personal mantra that’s helped me so far: Progression not Perfection.
