Non-scale victory of the week!

Sticking with it! Made goal by a.m. 12/25, but family feasting led to me being 2# over on 12/26. I committed to exercising and minding what I ate, enabling me to get back to goal. I am so proud of myself for crushing this DB, despite the challenges.

Eaten more mindfully on Christmas.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Just sticking with the program! I don't know that I've ever been able to get thru the holidays without gaining weight, let alone actually LOSING weight!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have worked really hard this week to make my goal. Regular exercise and eating mindfully yielded big results. I am proud of myself for not giving in when it was looking grim.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done more casual walking, but in general it was a rock solid week!

Keep doing what brought success! Continue to stay within my calorie target and exercise at least 4, preferably 6 times.

Non-scale victory of the week!

4 (unstructured) days aways from home. Eating out all meals, mostly buffet. Made many good choices-fruit, veggies. Ate most deserts than "ok", but all in all, mostly healthy food choices.

Ate beyond full at most meals.

This week was awesome! Mother's Day was challenging....definitely went off the rails there, but his new targets for steps taken, distance, speed. Feeling more fit!
