Non-scale victory of the week!
Sticking with it! Made goal by a.m. 12/25, but family feasting led to me being 2# over on 12/26. I committed to exercising and minding what I ate, enabling me to get back to goal. I am so proud of myself for crushing this DB, despite the challenges.
