Didn't binge or go overboard on vacation. Was able to squat, contort myself and climb through the back seat to get my daughters whoobie. I would never have been able to do this a few months ago.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eating. But I was on vacation and I planned on enjoying the foods I normally don't get to eat.
