Non-scale victory of the week!
Went in a hike with a friends and her son on the way back down he needed a little motivation so we jogged down the mountain together while jumping and doing kick spins off of rocks. I always Psych myself out when it comes to jumping but I was able to get up on some pretty big rocks and do some 360s I am not a little girl by any means but I am very active and fit so I think it really Surprises people just how well I can move. I also avoided problem foods at my moms house for the most part.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was very active this week I didn’t do as much resistance training as I would have liked but I was able to walk/jog about 2 miles every day.
