Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling good about my progress. I've learned that money is how I can keep myself accountable. So I am making sure that any investment I make in my weight loss is not wasted.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Making sure I keep to my diet plan better. I have not eaten off program but I missed some logs.
