What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I think my biggest concern is that I'm living with my family and I'm kind of subject to what they eat. I feel like I'm still transitioning into health dieting but the social pressure of eating crap is a challenge for me.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I want to be a little more diligent with weight watchers. I used all my weekly points last week when I usually don't. I want to be better about eating zero point foods. I want to run every morning and ride my bike to work a few times and I want to try and do a workout in the evenings.
